About the event
We have new art on the walls beginning Thursday April 11th! Warner Public Market hosts it's second Meet and Greet the Artists on Friday evening April 12th from 6:30-8:30PM. This is a show to include work by Jason Paul and Kendall Temper.
This event will have live music performed by the Mother/Daughter duo of Courtney Germano and Sylvia Dustin. Snacks and tea will be on hand so join us and enjoy art and community in downtown Warner.
Jason Paul is a carpenter who also makes mixed media art. His work often incorporates remnants of old buildings and scrap material. He loves objects that carry some history and reflect our regional heritage. He is happy to contribute to the traditions of outsider art and folk art with rustic altars in a reimagined Art Deco style.
“Get obsessed and stay obsessed.” -John Irving
Kendall Temper is obsessed with making books. She can’t keep up with the ideas. After twenty years she’s concentrating on a new (for her) binding. She feels like a beginner all over again. Except for a course at the Maine College of Art and YouTube videos she is entirely self-taught.
